Charlie Frank Cahela

Charlie Frank Cahela, 84, Boaz, Route Five, died Wednesday, Dec. 3 at the 
residence.
Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 5 from the Friendship Baptist church 
with the Rev. Charles Hall officiating.  Burial followed in the adjoining 
cemetery with Carr Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include two sons, Belton Cahela and Horace Cahela, both of Boaz; two 
daughters, Mrs. Velma Hammett of Ashville and Mrs. Sovola Gillilan of Boaz; 19 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Clems of Altoona and Mrs. Liddie Davis 
of Snead; one brother, Walter Cahela of Holy Pond.
Mr. Cahela was a native of Etowah County and a member of the Baptist Church.
