These are Charles Earlington Washington Kennedy, son of John P. & Louizia Kennedy.  He 
was born in Georgia.  

and Charles's wife, Lucinda Elizabeth Gilliland Kennedy.  

Family records show that Charles was born in November 1854 
and Lucinda born in September 1855.
