Sarah Tally, a minor                                     Orphans Court Mobile 
County
  In the matter of                                           August 26, 1845

	This day comes John Fincher and presents his petition as *****  *****. 
To The Hon. John A*****but Judge of the County Court Mobile County. The 
undersigned respectfully (??represents) to your Honor that he is one of the 
s***ters of Elizabeth Tally on his bond for *** guardianship of Sarah Tally, a 
minor. He asks for your Honor to relieve him and discharge him from all 
liablity on the same. Mobile, August 3, 1845-John Fincher signature.
	Whereupon it is ordered by this Court that Elizabeth Tally guardian of 
Sarah Tally aforesaid tenders a *** Bond with other security in lieu of John 
Fincher on the third Saturday of November next and that she has thirty days 
notice of this ****.
