Sullivan the two subscribing witnesses hereto that I recognize and acknowledge Serena Ethel Oswald, a minor girl of the age of seven years, born on November 10th, 1946 in Mobile, Mobile County, Alabama, as my child and capable of inheriting my estate, real, and personal, as if born in wedlock. And it is my desire that the name of said child be changed from Serena Ethyl Oswald to Serena Ethyl Fincher; that Hiram Fincher and Mary Elizabeth Oswald subsequently married.
