Tom Thompson Pardoned

Tom Thompson, who was convicted in the city court several terms ago and 
sentenced to a term of two years in the coal mines for the killing of Matt 
Lane during a dance at Wheelerville, has returned home, having been pardoned 
after serving one-fourth of his term.
