Mrs. Annie Pearl Cobb, wife of George W. Cobb. A native of Anniston,Ala but a 
resident of Mobile for the past few years died at a local infirmary at 5:15 
o'clock Monday morning. She is survived by the widower, three sons, Leonard, 
Herman and Harold Cobb all of Mobile; two brothers J.C. Christopher, of 
Semmes, Ala. and J.R. Christopher of Leland, Miss. and other relatives. 
Funeral services will be held at the residence of her nephew W.E. Christopher, 
near Mertz station, on Tuesday at an hour to be announced later. The 
internment will be in the Semmes Ala cemetary, with Roche mortuary in charge.

nephew W.E. Christopher near Mertz station today at 2 o'clock and the funeral 
at the Semmes Baptist Church at 3 o'clock. Internment will be in the Semmes 
cemetary with Roche mortuary in charge.

Annie Pearl Christopher Cobb was b. Nov 21,1891 in Calhoun Co, Ala. m. George 
W. Cobb son of James Nathaniel Cobb and Polina Willingham 7/14/1914 in Byterra 
LA.? (family says so)not found yet. She was the daughter of Phillip P. 
Christopher b. Nov 18,1843 and Cynthia Ann Gulledge b. May 1848. She died from 
Shock following surgery for uterine cancer. She had 6 brothers that lived to 
adulthood, William H, Posey G, John C(Slack),James R, Daniel D,& Leland J. 
Christopher. She lost her mother, father and brother Leland J, all in 1930 her 
brothers Posey G & William H. btw 1931 and when she died in 1934.
