Mortuary Funeral Notices: Christopher, Mr John C., Mr. John C.Christopher - 
Funeral services for Mr. John C. Christopher were held from the family 
residence, Spring Hill,Ala Wednesday afternoon at 3o'clock Rev. L.J. Chambliss 
officiated. Pallbearers were; W.E.Christopher, John A.Christopher, Harold 
Cobb, W.H.Christopher, W.W.Christopher and Eugene Christopher. Internment was 
in the Semmes Cemetary. Arrangements by Higgins Mortuary.

John Calhoun(Slack) Christopher was b. Sept 1884, he was the son of Phillip P. 
Christopher and Cynthia Ann Gulledge, he married Mary Ann McCrealess abt 1914. 
some of his children were daug,Mildred L,b. abt 1915 son,Jahue Wilson,b. abt 
1916 daug,Annis L.(or) Inez,Christopher, b abt 1917.(from the 1930 Mobile Co, 
Ala census). His brothers were James R,b.10/1879 Posey G,b.abt 1886, William 
H,b.abt 1874 Lelus J,b.Oct 1882 & Daniel D.Christopher,b.1876. His Sister was 
Annie Pearl Christopher Cobb, b.Nov 21,1891.
