The Mobile Register 5-21-1953
                         Mr. Frederick Lyons Desporte
 A native and lifelong resident of Mobile, Ala., died at the family home 462 
Houston St. at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning, May 20, 1953. Funeral services 
will be held at Roche Funeral Home at a time to be announced later. Interment 
will be in Magnolia Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Juanita Locke 
Desporte of Mobile; two sons, Fred L. Desporte Jr., USAF Richmond, Va. and 
Joseph Locke desporte of Mobile; four daughters, Mrs. C. A. Long of Pensacola, 
Fla., Mrs. C. L. Brigham, Mrs. A. Huckabee, and Mrs. E. B. Dunn, all of 
Mobile; a sister, Mrs. H. A. Hansen, of mobile; 15 grandchildren and other 
relatives. Funeral arrangements by Roche Mortuary.

Additional Comments:
Fred was born 4-15-1891. Alabama death certificate #10746 listed as Fred W. 
Desporte.
