He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maudie Pierce Fincher; one son, Thomas William Fincher, Jr.: one brother, Freddie Fincher; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Hackmeyer of Mobile, Mrs. Felix Pierce of Spring Hill and Mrs. William Green of Detroit and other relatives. Funeral services wil l take place from the residence, 2516 Old Shell road, at an hour to be announced later. Interment will be in Wheelerville cemetery with the Roche mortuary in charge. ************************************************* Additional Comments: notes by Jabe Fincher--Thomas William Fincher was born 24 April 1890. DEATH: A Letter of Administration in Mobile County Probate Court (Minute Book 59; page 354) states he died as a result of a train/automobile collision that happened at the intersection of Old Shell Road and the Gulf, Mobile and Northern railroad. His residence at the time of his death was 2759 Old Shell Road, Mobile, Alabama.
