Additional Comments:
Plummer was my grandma Mae Foster Powell's father. My grandmother always told 
stories about how her father (Plummer) and grandfather (Vickers) broke wild 
horses. and that he was injured from one such event and beridden for several 
years and developed a bad sore that was infected and then he died.?
