Doody Grandmother of Mary (Mamie) Sheehan Leavitt I, Mary A. Doody, Do declare this to be my will. First. I name my son, Michael J. Doody, My executor without bond. 2d. I direct my executor, as soon as practicable after my death to sell all my real property(except the Robins or Pollock Place which I have conveyed to my son Michael J. Doody and the Hudson Place which I have conveyed to my son Edward A. Doody), at public or private sale in his discretion without the order of any court so that his conveyance as executor will pass all of my title in the properties. After deducting the cost and expenses of sale, I direct him to divide the proceeds equally b etween my six children. Share and share alike. In the event any of my children should die leaving children, such children to take the Parents share in the proceeds. 3d. I give unto my sons M.J. and E.A. Doody, all of the personal property connected with the dairy business now run by them, consisting of cows, horses, wagons, dairy utensils, etc. 4th I give unto my sons, James W. and Thomas A. Doody all the personal property connected with the dairy business now run by them, consisting of cows, horses, wagons, etc. 5th All of the rest and the residue of my estate, I give to my six children, share and share alike.
