Lucinda; Cullen MIMS as administrator of estate of Paton STANLEY, deceased
and Cullen MIMS in right of his wife, Cynthia MIMS; Robt. RANKIN & his wife
Susan J. RANKIN formerly MIMS; T. M. RILEY as guardian of Cynthia M. MIMS
the last 2 being the children of Wright MIMS deceased.

Decreed that said children of Wright MIMS were entitled to take the legacy
that would have accrued to their father.
