Whereupon there being no pleas filed within the time limited by the rule of court and the statute in this behalf - It is considered by the court now here that the Plaintiffs do recover from the Defendant the sum of one hundred and thirty six dollars and two cents for their damages together with the costs in and about said suit in this behalf expended and that they may thereof have execution.
