Elias BROWN - dec'd. In the matter of the will.

This day, Came H. T. FOUNTAIN & filed for probate in this office, an
instrument in writing purporting to be the last will & testament of said
Elias BROWN dec'd., which said instrument appears to be attested by Rawlings
TOLBERT & Armsted BOHANNON of this County - alleged as subscribing
witnesses. H. T. FOUNTAIN is sole executor - that Ann BROWN, who resides in
this county, the widow-

Moses MATHIAS, son of Jane Catherine DUNN, dec'd.

Ann BROWN, Asa Rufus BROWN, Jackson M. BROWN, Moses M. BROWN, Lucretia &
Mrs. DUNN, Andrew J. NETTLES are of full age & reside in Monroe County. All
others are minors & reside in Monroe.
