Mary DENSON by her attorney, S. J. CUMMINGS. She is one of the parties to
the Petition filed by Jas. G. COLLIER & his wife Mary A. COLLIER - to sell
certain joint lands, belonging to the joint owners mentioned in said
petition. Land is sold and petitioner prays for a division of money.

Commissioners - T. H. MALDEN, McDuff Mann, and John DeLOACH ordered to
appear the third Monday in May, 1861 to answer to said petition.
