F 36 ALA Inf Confederate States Army Dec 23, 1844 Jan 12, 1921 Son of Amos Stacey and Elizabeth Kearley; married first Octgavia Waggoner on May 27, 1866 in Monroe County. They were the parents of at least five children: John Adville Stacey George Jefferson Stacey James Thomas Stacey Anna Stacey Joseph Stacey Monroe married second Sarah A. Grimes Solomon Wilkinson on August 3, 1879 in Monroe County, Alabama. They apparently divorced. Sarah was living with her son, John Wilkinson, in the 1900 census and listed herself as a widow. Her tombstone calls her Sarah A. Wilkinson. Monroe married third Nancy Caroline Lloyd on December 4, 1901 in Monroe County, Alabama.
