Sowell Old Field Cemetery Location: From the intersection of State 
Highway 21 and County Road 45, turn east. After crossing the railroad 
tracks, immediately turn north on Turkey Hollow Road and go 
approximately 1/2 mile. The cemetery is on the left between the road 
and the railroad tracks to the rear of the cemetery. At the time of 
this survey, there was no sign indicating the name of the cemetery. 
The location given in global coordinates is: 
	N 30°50'35.8"    W 087°19'59.3"
   or:	N 30.84327°      W 087.33313°

This cemetery was surveyed in April of 2004. It was surveyed from the 
rear, near the railroad tracks (in the southwest corner), moving 
northward, taking about 2 rows at a time, and zig-zagging back and 
forth until the front was reached.

Where an * is found, it indicates that the data was not readable. 
Parantheses ()indicate something that was added by the surveyor.

Additional Comments:
There were 24 unnamed graves found. If someone has some further informaion on 
these unnamed, I would appreciate a contact.
