Written: October 6, 1818 Recorded: November 1818 In the name of God Amen. I George Bullard of the Alabama Territory in Monroe County, sick and Weak in body, though of sound mind and Judgement, do make this my last Will and Testament as follows. It is my Will and desire that my beloved Wife, Martha Bullard shall have one third part of my whole Estate to dispose of as she may think proper, - I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved Grand Children to Reuben Bullard, Elizabeth Hearndon, William Bullard, Mary Alsbrooks, Margaret Chapman, Julah Adams, George Bullard Junr. Prudence McNeill, Ann Sheppard, Alexander Bullard, and also my beloved Great grand Children, Alexander Perkins, Harriott Perkins, and Lewis Perkins, those last three great Grand Children to have one share among the three equal to the share of one Grand Child, dividing the whole amount of my whole Estate, after my Wife, Martha Bullard, takes her third part into Eleven equal parts, allowing one share or the Eleventh part to be Divided equally amongst, my three great Grand Children, Alfred Perkins, Harriott Perkins, Lewis Perkins, - to them my Grand Children and Great Grand Children as aforesaid, and their Heirs forever, - It is my Will and desire after my wife Martha Bullard takes the One third part of the whole property as before mentioned, the remainder to be put to public sale, to the highest bidder on a Credit of Twelve Months with Interest from the date, the purchasers to give Bonds or Notes with approved security. I also nominate and appoint my wife Martha Bullard, Executrix, Daniel McDaniel, William Booth, and William Bullard, Executors to this my last Will and Testament.
