Monday, November 26th A.D. 1849-

James Daniel, decd

Estate of }  On the application of Mills Daniel, it is ordered that he be &
he is hereby appointed adm on the Estate of James Daniel, decd. & that he 
given bond in the sum on 3500$~  Ordered that the Bond this day filed by 
Mills Daniel as adm. oforesaid in the sum of thirty five hundred Dollars 
with Ely Atkinson & John Lindsay as securities' be the same is hereby 
approved.

Ordered that Cameron McCaskill, N. Goodwin, Saml G. Portis & John Barnes be
& they are hereby appointed appraisers of the Estate of James Daniel decd

Ordered that Mills Daniel adm on the Estate of James Daniel decd be & he is
hereby authorized to sell all the personal property of said Estate on a 
cr six months
