On the application of Wiley Jones, Elbert Jones & Celia Jones Excutors of
Estate of Russell Jones decd with the Will annexed Ordered by the Court 
that Letters Testamontary be granted them on said Est. the Will having 
been Legally proven~

In the name of God Amen!
I Russell Jones being now in my right mind & Memory, but knowing that 
it is appointed for all men to die & being under considerable bodily 
infirmity do make & appoint this my last Will & Testament.

First, I recommend my soul to God from whom I received it.  & my body 
to the grave when I am to be decently buried~

Secondly, that all my just debts may be paid~

Thirdly, I give & bequeath unto my dear & affectionate wife Celia Jones 
all my personal Estate consisting of Horses, Cattle & Hogs & household 
& Kitchen furniture during her life or widowhood (except one Cow & calf 
which I give to my Daughter Rebecca at my death in fee simple) & at my 
wife's death or in case she should marry to be equally divided between 
all my children.~

Fourthly, in case the stock of Cattle should increase & become burdensome 
so much may be given off to the children that are of age or married as my 
Executors may think advisable.

Fifthly, my will is that all my land in Georgia may be sold, & the net
proceeds after defraying all expenses, to be equally divided between my 
three sons (that is) Wiley, Elbert, Russell - And lastly I do appourt my 
Celia & my two sons Wiley & Elbert my Executors
