I Russell Jones being now in my right mind & Memory, but knowing that it is appointed for all men to die & being under considerable bodily infirmity do make & appoint this my last Will & Testament. First, I recommend my soul to God from whom I received it. & my body to the grave when I am to be decently buried~ Secondly, that all my just debts may be paid~ Thirdly, I give & bequeath unto my dear & affectionate wife Celia Jones all my personal Estate consisting of Horses, Cattle & Hogs & household & Kitchen furniture during her life or widowhood (except one Cow & calf which I give to my Daughter Rebecca at my death in fee simple) & at my wife's death or in case she should marry to be equally divided between all my children.~ Fourthly, in case the stock of Cattle should increase & become burdensome so much may be given off to the children that are of age or married as my Executors may think advisable.
