Eddins and Asa Wilkinson and made oath that they saw R. E. Robinson signa and seal the foregoing instrument as and for his last will and testament on the day and year therein mentioned. That they, these affiants signed the same as witnesses, at the request and in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other. Sworn to and subscribed Feb 13, 1860 M. M. Corvey, Judge Additional Comments: Although RE Robinson lists James Wyatt as his oldest son, there is a possibility that he was not in fact his oldest, just the oldest that he claimed. Living relatives have spoken to his daughter, Elizabeth, who reported that other children ceased having any interactions with him due to his personality. There may have been a son Irwin, and a daughter or daugher-in-law, Sally, who remained in Barnwell, SC when he and his wife moved with some of the other children.
