Third - It is my will that Edmond Monroe Manning and Milburn E Manning have all my Negroes that is to say, Hannah and three children Samfry, Bedford and Alford, Sophia a woman, Jane a woman, 2nd Jane a girl, Fanny a girl, Cloey a woman, Sue a girl: - Fourth - It is my will that my executors hire out said Negroes until the eldest one comes of age, then the Negroes and proceeds to be equally divided between them both - Fifth - It is my will that my executors sell all the balance of my property not above named to the best advantage - Sixth - It is my will that my debt be paid out of what is sold the overplus together with what money, notes and accompts I have, to be equally divided between my two youngest children, that is - Octavus Manning and Amanda F Manning. - Seventh - it is my will that my executors loan out what is coming to my two youngest children - Octavus Manning and Amanda F Manning to the best advantage and pay them off as they come of age - all the above I give and bequeath according to the way and manner above described.
