Written: November 28, 1847

To Hon Thos Mays Judge of the Orphans Court

Your petitioner Jesse Bozeman who is administrator of  W H Bozeman deceased 
would respectfully  respresent unto your Honor that said deceased 
died ...possessed of the following real estate to wit:  The E of NW 1/4  Sec 3 
Township 14 R 17 and E of N 1/4 Sec 4 T 14 R 17 ___lying and being in 
Montgomery County and that a sale of said land is necessary to make an 
equitable distribution among the heirs at law of said deceased.  Your 
petitioner therefore prays your honor to grant him an order to sale said land 
for the paupers? as set forth....the heirs at law of said deceased are the 
following to wit:  Meda G. Bozman, who is of age, John T. Bozeman, Peter 
Bozman, and ...   Bozman,  who are under the age of  twenty one years and your 
petitioner prays,

The Orphans Court document included heir Martha M. as a minor heir and posted 
into he Alabama Journal.


Additional Comments:
Several pages exist in this estate of William Henry Bozeman who died in 1847 
including the Writ of Dower for his widow Martha.
