born 10/9/1935 just a few hours before his mother passed away.

parents were Cecil Earl Fenn Carter and Emma Alice McClain

Uncle Billy was raised by his McClain grandparents and he never had any 
children.

A wonderful artist and musician, loved dancing and telling stories.
Cherokee by blood, spent many years residing in Oklahoma and died in a car 
accident when he returned to Alabama in 1975.
