To Honorable Judge of Orphans Court.. The petitioner Jesse bozeman would respectfully present that he is the administrator of W. H. Bozeman deceased and that a sale of the land is necessary to make an equitable distribution among the heirs at law, Meda G. Bozeman, who's of age, John T. Bozeman, Peter Bozeman, and ..bozeman, who are under the age of twenty one. 26 Nov. 1847 Other documents present a Widows Dower for Martha to raise the minor children which include her young daughter Martha Matilda. Piece by piece the land is sold off and they are found in the 1850 census of Dublin beside her many siblings where their father John Hill had settled and you can see the young daughter's name on there and she grows to marry Norman Campbell. On the 1840 census Henry is found living beside brother Jesse M. and sister Lucy/Sterling Campbell while the next census page shows Benajah Bibb and George Bush and also M. C. Stokes who had married Martha Campbell. The tombstone of Jesse M. Bozeman was found on his land but not his brother William, nor their parents who had all came from Darlington, South Carolina. Jesse was the Administrator of many legal needs of the family, until his son Jesse A. had to take over. Additional Comments: Henry and Martha had more descendants born than the other siblings and more joining the Daughters of the Revolution via his father and I thank each of you for reaching out to me, sharing your connections, pictures and stories, my dear cousins.
