Montgomery County     } To any ordained Minister of the Gospel judge of the 
circut or County courts, or Justice of the peace for said county Greeting you 
are herey authorized to Celebrate the Rites of matremony between W, Forsin and 
Mary Vickers, and this shall be you sufficient Authority for doing so
Given under my hand and seal, this 27th day of Sebtember A. D. One thousand 
eitht hundred and thirty. and of American Independence the fifty fifth year

I have pernounce to the withwith licence celebrated the Rites of Matimony 
between the said parties on the 7th of Oct 1830 Robert Doe??. J. P.
