To any ordained minister of the gospel any Judge of the Circuit or County
Courts or Justice of the peace for said County, Greetings:  You are hereby 
authorized to celebrate the rites of matrimony between Reuben Sessions and 
Issabella McDaniel and this shall be your sufficient authority for so doing.

Given under my hand and seal this 2nd day of September A.D. one thousand Eight 
hundred and twenty eight and of American Independence the 53rd year.
