To any ordained minister of the gospel any Judge of the Circuit or County
Courts or Justice of the peace for said County, Greetings:  You are hereby 
authorized to celebrate the rites of matrimony between Robert W. Smith and 
Mary Ann Sessions and this shall be your sufficient authority for so doing.

Given under my hand and seal this 24th day of March A.D. one thousand Eight 
hundred and twenty seven and of American Independence the 51st year.
