I desire that my wife, Elizabeth Browning, shall hold my land and other property of every kind for and during her natural life. I then will that after her death if any remains for it to be Equally divided between all my children. I do hereby Constitute my said wife Elizabeth Browning Executrix to this my last will and testament.
