Last will and testament of David Day deceased The State of Alabama / Know all men by the presents that I, David Day Montgomery County / of the county and state above and being of sound mind and memory and consider the uncertainty of life do therefore make of draw, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say first after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the rest due of my estate real and personal I give and dispose of as follows to - to my beloved wife Nancy Day to have and to hold during her life or widowhood and that my sons Isaac Day and Jasper Day to remain on the place and use the stock and plantation and to support the widow and if they They quit they have a right to sell the stock and appropriate the proceeds to the support of the widow and the remainder to be divided between the balance of the said heirs to use what they are dew them. Farther during the widowhood or life of the widow and at her death to be paid in for an equal distribution among the lawful heirs of said estate. Like wise I make, constitute, and appoint my said sons Isaac Day and Jasper Day to be executors of this my said last will and testament hereby revoking all former will by me made.
