Caffey, I give and bequeath one bed and furniture and my family clock. 3rd: To my daughter, Manerva Merritt, I give and bequeath one dollar. 4th: It is my will that the balance of my estate of which I may be possessed at my death with consisting of what __ may be equally divided between my son Avington B. Caffey and my daughter Rebecca Adams. 5th: I appoint my son Avington B. Caffey executor of this my last and only will and testament who after paying my just debts and funeral expenses, may make the distribution according to my will above specified. Bobbett, who witnessed the same the day and date the same bears date and that the said Michael Caffey was more than twenty years of age and that Willey T.
