In the name God Amen, I, Marble Stone, of the County of Montgomery, State of Alabama, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following: First, It is my will and desire that my negro man,Jacob, be sold as early as convenient and after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, the balance of the price paid of said negro should be paid to my wife Mary Stone. Also. I will, devise, and bequeath into my loving wife Mary, one negro boy named Eausau, together with the rest and remainder of my estate. Also, For the better education of my sons, Clark M.
