CONTINUE NORTH ON 69 APPROX. 20 MILES TO AL HWY. 67. TURN LEFT (NORTH) AND GO ABOUT 5 MILES TO RYAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. TURN IMMEDIATELY BESIDE THE SCHOOL (LEFT/WEST). BEHIND THE SCHOOL ON APPLE GROVE ROAD YOU WILL SEE THE CHURCH. THERE IS A CEMETERY ON THE SOUTH AND NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THIS SURVEY STARTS ON THE SOUTH SIDE. I DID THE LAYOUT FOR THIS CEMETERY IN ROWS. THE ROWS START ON THE EAST SIDE AND CONTINUE NUMERICALLY TO THE WEST. THE GRAVES ARE NUMBERED IN ORDER STARTING CLOSEST TO THE CHURCH AND GOING SOUTH. ON THE NORTH SIDE I STARTED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER AND CONTINUED IN ROWS TO THE WEST. THERE ARE GRAVES THAT HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN. VANDALS AND TIME HAVE DESTROYED MOST OF THE OLD CEMETERY.
