Military Records
Reason Moore enlisted 27 March 1863 at Loweryville, Hardin County,Tennessee.He
served as a Pvt.in the 1st Confedeate Cavalry Reg't. Company E.Company was
commanded by Capt.C.H.Connor.He is on a Muster Roll at Tunnel Hill,Ga.11 March
1864. He surrendered at Citronville, Al. and appears on a Roll of Prisoners of 
War. He was paroled at Gainesville, Al. dated 11 May 1865.

Reason and Margaret both are buried in the Decatur, Al. Cemetery overlooking
