Funeral for Claudia Sally Hassie Drinkard 
99,of Falkville will be Wednesday Oct.8,  2003 at 3 p.m.at Oden Ridge Baptist
Church
with the Rev.Brian Murphy officating and Peck Funeral directing.The body will lie in
state one hour prior to the sevices.
Burial will be in the Oden Ridge Cemetery Visitaion will be tonight from six untill 
nine at the funeral home.Mrs.Drinkard died
Sunday,Oct.5,2003 at Summerford Nursing Home.She was born June 9,1904 in the
Lawrence Cove Community to Harvey and Sara
Drinkard Turner.She was a life long member
of Lawernce Cove Baptit Church.She was preceeded in death by her husband,Oscar Roy Drinkard who died in 1980,three sister's,Madgie Pike,Lera Moore and Ara Turner and one brother,Sterling Turner.
Suvivors include three nephews,William Moore of Falkville,LA.Turner of Gold
Ridge,and J.L.Pike of Lawrence Cove.Two nice's,Sarah ooney of Pinson and Johnnie
and Johnnie Faye Mayhugh of Bowling Green,
Ky.Gr-Nephews ill be pallbearers

Alot of my information on the Drinkard & Turner famlies came from my  Gr-Aunt
Claudia.
