To any of the Judges of the State, any Justice of the Peace of said County, 
or any other person legally authorized.

These are to authorize you or either of you, to solemnize the rites of 
matrimony between Carroll Jeffreys and Parmelia Stockton of said County, 
agreeably to the statute in such case made and provided.

Given at the office of the Clerk of the County Court of said County, this 
19th day of November 1825.
