We recently had a Perry Family Reunion in Austin, Texas where we were able to
view the Perry Family Bible which belonged to my fifth great grandparents. The
owner of the Bible's home burned some time back, and the Bible was the only
thing saved from the home. You can see the water marks, and where the heat was
so intense on the Bible. 

I will use the marriage date (1745) of William and Martha Marshall Perry as the
date for the Bible because no one knows exactly when it was purchased. It
includes the names of Weilliam and Martha Perry's children, John and Sarah
Ferrell Perry's children. The last owner of the Bible was in the family of 
Bolling H. Perry, son of John and Sarah Ferrell Perry, then on to the oldest
male in the family for generations. 

Additional Comments:
The owner of the Bible today is Jim Perry who loaned it to Nancy Vance to bring
and share with all our family at out reunion. We want to "THANK" Jim and Nancy
for sharing with us. It was truly a wonderful experience to see the Bible and
to be able to see the handwriting of our ancestors and the documentation of all
the children's names.

I would like to "THANK" Marv Hamm who is related to my mother's side of the
family for joining our Perry family and taking such excellent pictures of the
Bible and displaying it on his web site.  We all appreciate your time and hard
work keeping all of us in line during your video taping too. God Bless You All.
