The State of Alabama
Perry County

Probate Court October Term
Oct. 18th 1850

	To Any Sheriff of the State of Alabama:
	You are hereby commanded to summon Daniel Long and wife Mary, Isaac 
Billingsly Cyrus Billingley William Hoggue & Sarah, his wife and Thomas 
Billingsly, and Robt C. Hodge  Guardian ad liteum of the minor heirs of William 
Billingsly, to wit Thomas W., William, Martha, Jane and Ann, heirs at law and 
next of kin of Thomas Billingsly, deceased to appear before the Probate Court 
on Monday the 21st of October 1850 and the usual place of holding the same then 
and there to show cause if any they have to allege against the application of 
Charles H. Moore who has applied for the grant of letters of administration on 
the estate of the said Thomas Billingsly deceased.  
	Herein fail not and have you there this precept with your return how 
you have executed the same –
	Given under my hand at office this the 18th day of October A. D. 1850
