Jackson & James Jackson, Exr Account V The Heirs at law of Green Jackson, dec'd This day came John Y. & James Jackson, Executors of Greene duo, who at a former term of this Court filed vouchers for final settlement of said estate, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that three weeks publication has been given in the Alabama Commonwealth, a newspaper published in the Town of Marion as required by law and a ______ of this Court notifying all persons interested in said estate of the time and place of hearing the same that they might attend and contest the same of the said cause, and it further appearing to the satisfaction that John Moore was on the filing of said account appointed Guardian at law of the minor heirs of said estate to protect their interest at the hearing of the same and has been notified of his said appointment and of the time and place of hearing that he might attend and contest the same if he saw cause, and the said Guardian appears in Court and object to vouchers No. 3, 6, 11,13, 15, 17 & 20 but his objections were overruled by the Court and said account were allowed. Whereby it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that said Executors are chargeable with the sum of Twenty-five thousand two hundred and seventy-nine 22/100 dollars ($25,279.220 and is entitled to credit to the amount of three thousand thirty one 63/100 dollars ($3,031.63), leaving a balance in the hands of the Executors of Twenty tow thousand three hundred and forty-seven 59/100 dollars ($22,347.59) to be distributed among the heirs of said dec'd as follows, to wit. To A. G. Jackson in interest for his wife, Elsey Jackson, daughter of intestate, is decreed the sum Three thousand one hundred & ninety-two 41/100 her distributing share of her dec'd father's estate and for which execution may issue. 2. To the children of William Jackson dec'd names & numbers unknown is decreed the sum of Three Thousand one hundred & ninety-two 51/100 their distributive share of their dec'd grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 3rd To John Burford in interest for this wife, Edney Burford, daughter of intestate is decreed the sum of Three Thousand one hundred and nine-two dollars 51/100 her distributive share of her dec'd father's estate and for which execution may issue. 4th To James Jackson, son of intestate, is decreed the sum of Three Thousand one hundred and ninety-two 51/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd father's estate and for which execution may issue. 5th To John Y. Jackson, son of intestate, is decreed the sum of Three thousand one hundred & ninety-two 51/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd father's estate and for which execution may issue. 6th To A. W. Jackson, son of intestate, is decreed the sum of Three thousand one hundred & ninety-two 51/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd father's estate and for which execution may issue. 7th To Elijah Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 8th To Andrew J. Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 9th To Seaborn J. Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 10th To Jesse F. Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 11th To John A. Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 12th To Wyche Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 13th To James Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 14th To Marion Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 15th To Jefferson Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 16th To George E. Fuller, Grandson of intestate is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd Grandfather's estate and for which execution may issue. 17th To the children of Cenith Mayes, dec'd, names & numbers unknown is decreed the sum of Two hundred and ninety 22/100 dollars his distributive share of his dec'd mother's legacy in the estate of said intestate and for which execution may issue. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said account be allowed as stated and ordered to be recorded and filed.
