FULLER & THOMAS HARVILLE & JOHN B. BURFORD are held and firmly bound unto JOHN P. GRAHAM, Judge of the County Court of the county aforesaid, for the sum of twenty-four thousand dollars to be paid to the said John P. Graham or his successors in office such payment to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly, severally and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this sixteenth day of February A. D. 1844. The conditions of the above obligation is such that which the above bounden MARY FULLER and JESSE F. FULLER have been duly appointed administrators of all and singular the goods and chattel rights and credits of JESSE FULLER deceased. Now if the said MARY FULLER & JESSE F. FULLER shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of them as such administrators then the above obligations to be paid & to remain in full force and virtue. Jno Cunningham, Clerk Recorded February 20th 1844 Jno Cunningham, Registrar NOTE: The deceased Jesse Fuller listed above was Jesse Franklin Fuller, Sr. who was born on May 12, 1774 in Hillsborough County, North Carolina, son of Elijah and Asenith "Siney" Browning Fuller. He married Mary Elizabeth Jackson in Greene County, Georgia on November 28, 1807, and he died on January 24, 1844 in Perry County, Alabama. The younger Jesse F. Fuller listed as an administrator in the above document was Jesse Franklin Fuller, Jr. born who was born in Alabama in 1818. Fuller family tradition has it that Jesse died when a tree fell on him while land was being cleared. John B. Burford was married to Mary Jackson's sister, Edna Jackson. Thomas Harvill was married to Mary Crow whose sister Jane F. was married to Abraham W. Jackson, the brother of Mary and Edna Jackson.
