Know all men by these presents, that we, MARY FULLER, JOHN BAILEY and SEBORN J. FULLER, are well and firmly bound unto JOHN P. GRAHAM, Judge of the County of the county aforesaid, in the sum of five thousand dollars to be paid to the same John P. Graham or his successors in office to which payment well and truly to be made & we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly, severally and firmly by these presents affix our seals and 3d day of April A. D. 1845. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bounden MARY FULLER has been duly appointed Guardian of the persons and Estate of SILAS M., JERRERSON F. & GEORGE E. FULLER who are minors and heirs of their brother WILLIAM E. FULLER late of Louisiana and Union Parish deceased. Now if the said Mary Fuller shall well and truly perform all the duties which are, or may be, by law required of her as such Guardian then the above obligation to be paid otherwise to remain in full force day and date above written. D. 1845 Jno Cunningham, Registrar Additional Information: William E. Fuller accidentally shot and killed himself on February 7, 1844 while duck hunting in Union Parish, Louisiana where he lived. He was born in Perry County, Alabama and was 24 years old and unmarried at the time of his death. William's parents were Jesse Franklin Fuller, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Jackson and his grandparents were Elijah Fuller, Asenith "Siney" Browning, Green B. Jackson and Clara Yeates. Seaborn Jones Fuller who signed the bond was the brother of William E. Fuller and the three Fuller heirs listed in the bond. Silas Fuller's full name was Silas Marion Fuller.
