Know all men by their presence that we the undersigned Alabama Lee a female of 
Perry County Alabama, Sam Wilson an unmarried man of Jefferson County Alabama & 
Louisiana Wood and her husband Lewis Wood of Dallas County Alabama and Rebecca 
Wilson, widow of William Wilson deceased formerly of Perry County hereby agree 
for value received that any and all Wills heretofore made by the said William 
Wilson shall be and the same are hereby declared null and void and of no effect 
whatsoever so far as we are concerned and We hereby dissent from said Will or 
Wills

Witness our hands and seals this the 24th day of October 1905

Additional Comments:
William was a free person of color during slavery. His father was James Wilson.
