AVERITT, ESQ., a promising young lawyer, and a native of Onslow, in this State, has removed to Marion, Perry, Ala. There are many North Carolinians in that part of Alabama, all of whom, no doubt, cherish a warm affection for their native sod; among them, I. W. GARRETT, ESQ., who has already established a high reputation as an advocate and jurist, and JOSEPH H. SPEED, ESQ, formerly of South Lowell, Orange County. MR. AVERITT has just cast his cot in that community, is a young man of fine attainments and will worthily represent, with many others in Perry County, the sterling character of the "Old North State."
