His father's name is wrong.  His father was Calvin Thornton Ragland and his 
mother was Mary Jane Mayfield.  He lived in Bibb Co. until his marriage and 
Perry Co. thereafter.  On his WWI draft card, he signed his name Harvie 
Bennette Ragland.
