I, BLAKE JACKSON, Sen., of the State of Alabama in the County of Perry, Yeoman, being mindful of my mortality do this twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one do hereby make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. That is to say, 1st I give unto SAMUEL D. JACKSON, my son, one hundred dollars out of the money now due me as soon as collected. 2nd I give unto THOMAS HARVILLE, who through intermarried with my daughter PERMELIA R., one hundred dollars with the fifty he now owes me out of the money now due me. 3rd I give unto JOHN LAWSON who intermarried with my daughter REBECCA C. the amount that he owes me, which is one hundred dollars. 4th After the payments of my debts and funeral expenses, I give unto my wife CINTHA JACKSON all of my estate both real and personal for and during the term of her natural life, and after her deceased, I give the same to my children before mentioned equally to be divided among them and to be enjoyed by them forever, except one bed, bed stead and furniture that I give unto my little granddaughter SUSANAH LAWSON. Lastly, I do xxxxxx, xxxxx and appoint my son, SAMUEL D. JACKSON my sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other and former will or testament by me heretofore made.
