Mrs. Virginia Farley of Gordo Rt. 4 Dies

 Mrs. Virginia Farley, 96-year-old resident of Gordo Rt.4, died at her home 
Saturday after a long illness. She had lived there for 62 years.
 Funeral services were to be held today at 2 p.m. at salem Baptist Church near 
Gordo with Rev. J.W. McCool officiating. Interment was to be in church cemetery, 
Jones and Spigener directing.
 Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Trannie Stamps, route 4, Gordo, and 
Mrs.Sallie Goodman,Route 1, Gordo, sister Mrs. Amanda Benson,Route 2, Gordo; 
three brothers, William Bascom Fife, D.C. Fife, and D.P. Fife, all of Gordo; and 
27 grandchildren.
