Two Probate Records of William Boutwell - Pike Co., AL

                    The State Of Alabama

To any sheriff of the State of Alabama------------Greetings
          You are hereby commanded to summon Zacheus Boutwell, Mary Boutwell 
and Mary Oliver to be and appear before the Honorable the Judge of Orphans 
Court at the Court House to be holden for Pike County on the thirteenth day 
of January instant then and there to give evidence and the truth to speak 
in behalf of the defendant in suit finding in said court whereas 
Deloney Boutwell is Plaintiff and Thomas Boutwell is defendant herein fail 
not and having then and there this writ your endorsement thereon.

This William is the son of William Deceased.  Please keep in mind that some
