C. Wood Judge of the Court of Probate of said County the undersigned Exec of the will of Hirman Tucker in respectfully reports unto you Honor that all the purchases money for the lands of said Estate has been (made)(this has a line drawn though) paid to them. Therefor may it please your Honor to grant an order authorizing said land to be coveyed to the purchaser thereof. And as in duty bound they will ever pray. Signed Ira J.
