The State of Alabama
Pike County           }

Know all men by thes presents that we Kesiah Williams, Solomon Hufman and 
Thomas Uruqhart are held and firmly aroung into Charles A. Dennis Judge of the 
county court of said county and his successors in office in the final sum of 
seventh thousand two hundren and sixteen dollas for payment of which will and 
truly to be made we bind our slaes our heirs executors administrators our 
assigns severly and firmly by these presents sealed with our sels and dated 
this eight day of February A. D. 1844. 

In condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bonding 
Kisiah Williams has been appointed executrix of the estate of James Williams, 
late of said county, deceased now if the saith Kesiah Williams shall well and 
truly perform all the duties as such executrix which are now or may here after 
be by law required of her as such executrix then the above obligation shall be 
void other wise remain in full force and effect.
