CARR TO JOSEPH W. ANDERSON The State of Alabama} County of Pike} Know all men by these presents that we Ansley Carr and his wife, Laura C. Carr in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty dollars to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have hereby sold and conveyed to Joseph W. Anderson unto his heirs and assigns the following parcel of Land to wit: Commencing at the South East corner of Lot Number Three (3) in Block Number two (2) according to the original plot of the Town of Troy in the North side of the public Square and running thence North ninety three (93) feet, thence East Twenty Two feet Thence south Ninety Three feel to the Public Square thence West twenty two feet the commencement, the same comprising One Third of the Lot Number Two in said Block on the West side of the Lot. To have and to hold said Lot of Land to himself and his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple under our cust____ ___ants of warrantee from us.
